Wild cherry
Wild cherry is the only tree on our list of poisonous weeds.  The twigs, leaves, bark and fruit of this tree are all poisonous.  It is mostly ruminant animals that are damaged by the poisonous effects of wild cherry.  The plant is highly poisonous immediately following the autumn's first frost.  Ruminant animals that ingest the plant at this time may die within a few hours.  Symptoms of wild cherry poisoning in livestock are staggering, labored breathing, coma and eventual death.
