We have designed and implemented an interactive program whereby young students visiting Purdue University on field trips can experience plant and soil science and depart with a better appreciation for the role agriculture plays in their daily lives. <<More>>

Professors in the Classroom

Our School of Agriculture professors are linked to industry, government, and research circles and they are willing to come to speak to your high school classes -- free of charge. They can explain how genetic research makes dollars and sense for catfish, corn, and nursery crop producers, or how international grain sales affect grocery prices in Indiana. <<More>>
