Cooperator Comments: As a farmer, no decision impacts my profitability more than the selecting the best seeds for my farm. For many years, the Purdue performance trials have been my favorite source for unbiased, independent, local, regional, and state testing.  With the rapid changes in the seed industry, I have witnessed growth and improvement in the program to meet the demands of information seeking farmers in a timely manner. As a research plot participant, I manage the research area the same as my own fields and find that the harvest results are representative of my yields adjacent to the plot.  I have a very high degree of confidence in the both the testing procedure and the reported results form the Purdue trials.
