Cooperator Comments: I consider the Purdue Corn and Soybean Performance trial data as my first source for comparing yields, lodging and drydown when I am planning seed purchases for the coming season.  I feel confident that the data represents valid comparisons between hybrids or varieties of similar maturity because I know that the trials are conducted fairly, are managed well and appropriate statistical procedures are utilized in the data analysis.
