Indiana's 1996 corn crop is estimated to yield 118 bushels per acre, according to the Indiana Ag. Statistics Service as of September 11, 1996. The September yield estimate, unchanged from the August estimate, would rank about 10 % below the trend yield of 130.9 bushels per acre.
