    Wild garlic
Wild garlic is a perennial weed which propagates by aerial bulblets, underground bulbs and by seed.  This weed is found primarily in the southern 1/2 of Indiana, usually in small grain fields, pastures, and lawns.
If the aerial bulblets are combined with a small grain such as wheat, they will impact a garlic-like flavor or odor to the grain.  As a consequence the wheat becomes unfit for milling or baking purposes.
If wild garlic plants are eaten by dairy cows, they will impart an off-flavor to the milk thus lowering the milk's quality.
