Biography: Started with SCS in 1978. Worked in Martin, Ripley, Wabash, Gibson, Allen and Dekalb counties as a Soil Conservationist and District Conservationist. B.S. from Purdue University in Agronomy. In the summer of 2004, Dekalb County was 1 of 4 counties in Indiana to have a CSP watershed where Dave assisted producers determine eligibility, payment amounts and developed contracts for those selected.
